Autumn Detox Elixer
1 cup hot water
1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Squeeze of lemon
1 Tbsp of raw honey
Dash of cinnamon
Boil hot water and pour into your favorite mug. Stir in the vinegar, honey, lemon and cinnamon. Take three deep breaths and sip slowly.
