So I confess: I’ve been snooping! For the last few weeks I’ve been asking a lot of my more fit and trim friends (and even a few strangers! lol) what they do to stay in shape. Surprisingly it’s quite simple! Here are three easy habits I learned- if you’ve got more feel free to share in the comments section!
3. Walk. I asked an older trim interviewee how she stayed so fit & she said she keeps it simple and walks everywhere! So get off your train or bus a few stops early and walk the rest of the way!
